Epic Equipment & Engineering is known for their custom automation assembly solutions within the automotive industry. As the automotive industry continues to change it was necessary for Epic to change as well. Their approach and innovative solutions to the automated assembly process is unique as well as crosses over to many other industry applications. In order to strategically position their company capabilities to other market interests it was essential to define and develop a target market strategy within these select markets based on their specific application needs. The other challenge was reaching the right contact - the Engineer. Traditional sales representation was limited due to the minimal amount of introductions that can be made and time spent reaching the correct contact.
GNA Marketing Group was contracted as Epic's marketing agency to define, design and execute a target marketing strategy utilizing the most effective marketing tools to reach specific industries that would utilize Epic's technology. From the compiled internal and competitive research results it was clear that the Epic brand needed to be enhanced in order to convey a "global" feeling and the method of introducing Epic to this global market was developing a comprehensive website that would introduce and sell Epic Equipment as effectively as if the visitor was meeting a salesperson. The website also included all necessary downloaded collateral materials, in-action videos of specialized projects to highlight and profile the intricate detail and client login to upload drawings and project specifications. Additionally, the website was highly search-optimized to attract the engineer audience.
